One of things I love/hate about the Bible is that it doesn't have one word for the masses.
If I'm basking in God's love by sitting on your butt, I hear "work out your own salvation" and "the one who doesn't keep his commandments is a liar."
If I'm doing the Lord's work because that's what disciples of Jesus do, I hear "saved by grace through faith" and that I'm saved and called "not according to works."
Don't misunderstand me. I'm saying we definitely need your voice. So keep speaking.
hmm. i highly doubt people need my voice - cause when i talk - its not like people really are listening to me anyway.
anyway. what i was meaning by this was that even though we have grace, and forgiveness, and mercy in abundance - what we do still matters. so. God might be a good "get out of jail free" card, but our sin is still so real. and matters. and has a direct impact on yourself and others.
